These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dark Psychology TCG (the "Game"), a browser-based trading card game operated by Reed Legacy Group, LLC ("Reed Legacy Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Game with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest, in which case your progress is stored locally in your browser and is not tied to an account. You may optionally create an account with an email/password or a Google sign-in, which lets your progress sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free to Play & Virtual Items

The Game is free to play. It includes virtual currency ("Shards") and virtual items (cards, card packs) that are earned exclusively through gameplay. As of the date above, there is no way to purchase Shards, packs, or cards with real money. This may change in the future, in which case these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Shards, cards, and any other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside the Game, or redeemed for anything of value. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual currency, items, or their associated mechanics (including drop rates and pricing) at any time without liability to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools to interact with the Game;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to our systems;
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players;
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its card designs, artwork, text, code, and branding, is owned by Reed Legacy Group, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game except as necessary for normal personal, non-commercial gameplay.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reed Legacy Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including loss of data, virtual items, or progress.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Game at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reed Legacy Group, LLC is organized and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
